Vouch is operated by Nero Falcon Pty Ltd (ABN 33 109 046 531) trading as Zenbridge (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use the Vouch review request platform at vouch.zenbridge.com.au.

We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. Information we collect

When you submit a review through a Vouch-branded page, we may collect:

Your name (if entered voluntarily)
Your review text
Optional photos you choose to upload
Your email address or phone number (only if you submit a service-recovery enquiry)
Your star rating and the timestamp of your submission

We also collect limited technical data: IP address (hashed for fraud prevention), browser type, and interaction events (page views, button clicks) for analytics.

2. How we use your information

Information you submit is used to:

Deliver your feedback to the business whose Vouch page you visited
Allow that business to respond to service-recovery submissions
Detect and prevent abuse of the platform
Improve our services through aggregated analytics

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-party services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate the platform:

Google Places API — to retrieve public review counts and ratings for business listings
Resend — to deliver email notifications to business clients
Cloudflare Turnstile — to verify that form submissions originate from real browsers
Anthropic Claude — to generate personalised review prompt suggestions (business name and industry only; no customer data is sent)
Replit — cloud hosting and object storage for uploaded photos

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and is contractually obligated to handle data appropriately.

4. Data retention

Service-recovery submissions (including any attached photos) are retained until the business client deletes them through the Vouch admin portal, or until the client account is closed. Hashed IP data used for rate limiting is automatically purged within 24 hours.

5. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you have the right to access and correct personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at privacy@zenbridge.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use a session cookie to maintain your submission state within a single visit. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. Analytics events are collected in aggregate and are not linked to identifiable individuals.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard measures including HTTPS, server-side rate limiting, Cloudflare bot attestation, and access-controlled storage to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
