Yes. Every customer sees the same page and is free to leave any review. The low-rating redirect simply gives unhappy customers a private way to tell you what went wrong before they reach Google — a standard customer service practice that Google's policies allow.

However works best for your business — SMS, email, a QR code on your receipt, or a link in your email signature. Vouch gives you a short, clean URL you can use anywhere. We can also help you set up automation so the link goes out automatically after a purchase or booking.

They'll need one to post on Google Reviews — that's a Google requirement, not ours. The Vouch page includes a gentle note explaining this. In practice, the vast majority of your customers already have a Google or Gmail account.
